The Golf Course at Seven Bridges

Seven Bridges Golf Club is an 18-Hole Championship Course with a 4-Star Rating by Golf Digest. The course was designed by legendary golf course architect Dick Nugent and opened for play in 1991. Fourteen of the 18 holes feature water hazards. Par is 72 featuring four Par 5s, ten Par 4s, and four Par 3s. With 5 sets of tees to choose from, we can accommodate the novice golfer while still boasting one of the most challenging tests of golf in the Chicagoland area for the more accomplished player. Chicagoland Golf has named Seven Bridges among the top five public courses in the metropolitan area. We have also been voted as one of "America's Best Golf Courses", "Golf Digest top 20 in Illinois", and are former hosts of Michael Jordan's Charity Classic.

The course at Seven Bridges Golf Club is defined by its contrasting nines. Collectively known as Helios, including the holes Serenity, Tranquility and Beachcomber, the front nine may well lull you into a false sense of security. You'll have a hint of things to come when you hit holes seven through nine, aka The Calm before the Storm...

Having settled into your game, you'll soon be primed for the back nine, Poseidon, where not so surprisingly, water is the defining characteristic. When you witness the majestic views atop the 9th hole, Strike the Colors, you'll be ready to steer your way through holes ten through twelve, known (not always so affectionately) as the Bermuda Triangle...Once you've made it past holes Labyrinth and Maelstrom, the 16th hole, which many consider one of the toughest par 4s in Chicagoland golf, you'll head home with our two finishing holes, Reward and Satisfaction. Feeling that sense of accomplishment, you can settle in for a well-deserved visit to our newest addition and the best 19th hole we know of, The Dock...
